Pastel x Brights

We have been admiring the pastel trend for a while now and are excited to hear that it will continue into spring/summer.
As the sun approaches (OK we know we are still in the midst of winter here in London but we are feeling optimistic) we will be shedding our marshmallow pink coats in return for lushous baby blue jackets, mint green pumps and lemon yellow tea dresses – not all at once of course!
As we all know Pastels can be extremely hard to pull off, there is a very fine line between looking chic and looking like a 5 year old. Fear not! we have come up with the perfect solution…Pastels x Brights!
Bend the fashion rules by clashing soft pastels with a splash of bright colour. Tone down this vibrant Joseph shift dress with some soft mint lady-like pumps. This baby blue Zara Jacket gives pastel a tough edge, team with a metallic Alexander Wang clutch to create the perfect spring/summer evening look. Yes we know…all this talk of Summer you must be thinking we’ve gone crazy here in London. However whilst we are fighting off the chill, Kirsten and our team in South Africa are sunning themselves in the African heat…sigh…
Too scared to wear head to toe pastel? Our pale turquoise Myrtle drops give a nod to the trend without having to completely transform your wardrobe.
